Welcome to Wolfeboro Computer

Hello,

My name is Keith Garrett, proprietor of Wolfeboro Computer Solutions. I have been servicing computers in the Wolfeboro-Tuftonboro area for the last 11 years. I help residents and small businesses solve all of their computer needs, from sales, to expert repair. Almost all work is done in your home or office, at very reasonable rates.

Rates: 75.00/hr for both business and residential. There is a negotiable non-profit rate. As of this time, I am not charging a fuel surcharge, but to include travel time in most service calls outside the Wolfeboro downtown area.

Most common residential repairs:
Spyware, Viruses, data recover from failing hard drives. There is a lot more to cleaning spyware and malware than just running Spybot, or Windows Defender-

Repairing broken laptops, replacing cracked or dead LCD screens, keyboards, hard drives.

Most repairs that cannot be done on-site take 1-2 days depending upon which/if any parts are required. Laptops with defective parts other than hard drives can take over a week.
Business Service:

On call, as needed service for many local businesses. Business focus is on windows servers, workstations, and point of sale systems. Any business whose computers are down, will be given top priority over any other scheduled services. Feel free to inquire if you wish to obtain references.

Sales:

I sell parts for upgrades and for repair. I also build custom systems to meet your needs, primarily focusing on business workstations, servers, point of sale systems, and high end residential computers. I will also help you pick out a computer from the vendor of your choice, Dell, Best Buy, etc.

Website development:

I do not do websites. Websites require a graphics designer, and marketing person- I am neither :) I have a group of people I rely upon to do web work for many of my customers. A good web designer does the job full time, as does a good computer technician. Watch out for those who do both! Contact me, and I will be happy to provide you the names of several web designers in the area. Check http://www.wolfeboro.net for an example of a constant work in progress.
